Carbondale Boondocking
I spent 2 weeks in this magical spot just outside of Carbondale, CO (30 miles NW of Aspen). Easy to access via Prince Creek Road. Dedicated spots with gravel paths and fire pits. Lots of mountain biking trails, Dinkle Lake nearby and an adorable small town within driving distance. Click to open location in Google maps. 39°19’56.8″N 107°09’07.4″W
There are a number of boondocking spots in this stretch. The spot I have identified is grouped with about 5 other gravel spots with fire pits. If you continue up Prince Creek Road, you will also find another great stretch of spots that are off the dirt road (featured image is from that spot)

Great coffee shop to get work done from. Lots of outlets, fast wifi and a great egg sandwich! I would not recommend their nitro though, sadly.
